Boat Lily

Also known as Moses-in-the-Cradle and Oyster Plant, the Boat Lily has striking foliage, green on top and deep purple beneath. The white bracts and flowers are cradled in leaf axils (thus giving it the common name of Moses-in-the-cradle). Also comes in Tricolor with white, magenta and green variegated leaves.
Care: Light - Medium to Bright Light/Brighter Light is required for leaf color.
Water: Moderately dry - water plants throughly and then allow the soil to dry until the top inch of soil feels dry.

Electric City Conservatory is open Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:30 and Saturday 9:00 - 4:00. We are closed Sundays.

Electric City Conservatory Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $7.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary. Please call us for the delivery charge.)

Orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

FUNERAL POLICY

Please call us for your funeral arrangement needs. Our designers will be happy to assist you with a casket spray for the service or an arrangement for the home. We also can provide you with a beautiful plant from our greenhouse.  There are many price ranges we can work with to fit any budget. DELIVERY


Electric City Conservatory does not charge a delivery fee to funeral homes.


Deliveries to funeral homes, churches, the mausoleum or cemeteries must be made two hours prior to the service.
